These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solterica website, Transit Oracle, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Solterica.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Solterica provides spiritual guidance tools combining Western Tropical Astrology, Vedic Nakshatra analysis, Pythagorean Numerology, and AI-generated interpretations. Services are provided for personal insight and entertainment unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Services except as permitted by law.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the Services to provide medical, legal, or financial advice to third parties.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the platform.

All content, branding, software, and materials on Solterica are owned by Solterica or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to use it to provide and improve the Services.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing displayed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. See our Disclaimer page for important limitations regarding spiritual and AI-generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLTERICA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solterica and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solterica is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
